What areas do you cover for funeral livestreaming?+
We cover the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Coolangatta, Burleigh, Robina, Southport, and the Northern Rivers including Byron Bay, Ballina, Lismore and Murwillumbah. Sunshine Coast and Brisbane services on request. Get in touch with the venue location and we'll confirm.
Can we have a video recording without livestreaming?+
Yes. If a family prefers not to stream live, we can record the service in full HD and deliver the video afterwards. This is a good option for families who want a keepsake but don't have loved ones watching remotely.
Can you also photograph the funeral?+
Yes. Many families book livestreaming and photography together, and it works out cheaper than booking each separately. We can also include videography, photo tribute slideshows, and on-site AV like microphones, speakers and TVs.
Do you work with funeral directors?+
Yes, regularly. We work with funeral directors across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. If your funeral director hasn't booked us before, we're happy to coordinate directly with them so you don't have to be the go-between.
Will the livestream drop out during the service?+
We bring our own internet — multiple mobile carriers bonded together, plus Starlink as backup — so we're not reliant on venue WiFi. In 15+ years we've kept streams running in some difficult locations. No one in this industry can promise zero technical issues, but we can promise we've planned for them.
Can family overseas watch the funeral live?+
Yes — anywhere with an internet connection. The recording stays available afterwards too, so people in different time zones can watch when it suits them. No special software or accounts required, just the link on any phone, tablet, computer or smart TV.
Is the funeral livestream private?+
Yes. The stream is hosted on a private link that isn't listed publicly and doesn't appear in search results. Only people you share the link with can watch. We can also add a password if you'd prefer extra protection.
How quickly can you book in a funeral livestream?+
Usually within 24–48 hours of your call. We understand funerals are arranged quickly and we keep capacity for short-notice bookings wherever possible. If you've just been given a date, get in touch and we'll work to your timeline.
